Reminders from Region 12:
Teacher STaR charts should be done at the start of
school so that they can be used for needs analysis and planning.
Shoot for 100% completion.
Campus STaR charts must be complete before you can
submit your technology plan on the ePlan system.
Districts must have at least a written technology
plan (and be able to show evidence of it) before submitting form 470
for eRate. Region 12 suggests submitting it into the system before
winter break so it's date-stamped in the system.
